Joseph is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia, admitted to practice in 1994. As the Principal of D’Agostino Solicitors Pty Ltd, Joseph brings with him extensive experience in Property Law and Commercial Litigation. Over the years, Joseph has advised on countless property acquisitions, sales, subdivisions, developments, industrial, commercial and retail leasing.
His true passion is Property.
Many of his key clients have been with him since the inception of the firm and continue to be loyal clients of the firm today as a result of his commitment to exceptional service and comprehensive property law knowledge.

Anthony is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia, admitted to practice in 2009. Anthony’s drive, experience and easy going nature has led to him becoming a Solicitor in high demand. Anthony acts for clubs, organisations, shopping centers, businesses and high net worth families and individuals across Sydney. Having gained extensive experience across multiple suburban Sydney offices since his admission, Anthony has built a successful practice allowing him to advise clients in relation to a broad range of areas of the law, including family law, criminal law, business law, commercial litigation and property buying, selling and leasing. His focus on achieving strong client results has seen him appear in some of the country’s highest Courts. Anthony’s friendly and affable personality means clients find him to be approachable and able to create a sense of calm during their most stressful times. Anthony lives by the motto that every problem has a solution and if he can’t help you, you can rest assured he will point you in the direction of someone who can.

Jessica is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, admitted to practice in 2016 and is the department head of the firm’s property law practice. Having gained extensive experience in this practice area, Jessica has built a successful practice where clients come to her for her commercial and technical advice for matters ranging from residential transfers to large scale commercial transactions. She has extensive experience in complex subdivisions, covenant and easement negotiations, deeds of partition, JV agreements, and commercial and retail leasing. In addition to this, Jessica’s practice encompasses wills, probates, and estate matters. She prides herself on her ability to provide tailored estate planning advice so that her clients wishes can be fully realised through effective will drafting. During difficult times, Jessica offers compassionate and efficient legal advice to ensure that all elements of estate administration and the granting of probate/letters of administration are handled seamlessly.

Jessica’s strong attention to detail, commitment to client outcomes and down to earth personality means clients find her to be practical and supportive during periods which have significant financial consequences. Jessica has a proficient understanding of the Italian language.

Steven is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia, admitted to practice in 1980. Steven was a partner in a legal practice in Fairfield from 1984 to 1996, after which he opened his own practice as a sole practitioner in Liverpool. In September 2023, following the transfer of his practice to D’Agostino Solicitors Steven joined the firm as a consultant at D’Agostino Solicitors. Steven has 40 years’ experience in acting for and advising clients in property law, buying and selling, family law, commercial litigation, leasing and estates. He has conducted cases in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia. Steven is of Serbian background and has assisted many members of his community in their legal matters. Steven brings his 40 years of experience to provide clients with the highest quality of legal advice.

Tara has made significant strides in her legal career since joining our team in April 2019 as a Law Clerk. Her journey has culminated in holding a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and becoming a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and member of the Law Society in 2023. Tara specialises in litigation and family law and supports the head of the department, Mr Anthony Romeo. Tara is committed to providing exceptional representation, insightful advice and tailored solutions to meet client’s needs, all within a timely fashion. This capability not only enhances her effectiveness in managing cases but also contributes positively to the overall efficiency and productivity of our litigation and family law department.

Domenico joined our team in September 2022 as a Legal Clerk, marking the beginning of his legal career. Domenico studied his Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University and is currently completing his PLT while working on a full-time basis with the team here at D’Agostino Solicitors on family law and general litigation matters. Domenico is keenly interested in deepening his legal expertise in matters of family law and litigation. Domenico expects to be admitted as a lawyer in March 2025 and we look forward to Domenico continuing as a lawyer with our firm.

Ciarne Mustafa joined D’Agostino Solicitors in May 2024 as a Law Clerk in the Family Law and Litigation team. With a strong commitment to expanding her legal knowledge and a profound interest in family law, Ciarne is dedicated to providing exceptional legal support and achieving the best outcomes for her clients. Ciarne brings with her two years of experience in Property Law, with a wide range of experience in various property-related matters, including commercial and retail leasing, residential and commercial property transactions, and off the plan developments. In particular, Ciarne has acted for a number of prominent shopping centres and nationally recognised retailers. Ciarne is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance, at the University of Wollongong. She is expected to be admitted as a lawyer in mid-2025.

Doreen joined D’Agostino Solicitors in 2001 as a Legal Conveyancing Secretary and Accounts Administrator marking the beginning of her career in legal services. Doreen previously worked in Real Estate for many years before joining our office, and was able to leverage that knowledge and experience in her new role. Doreen is responsible for the Commercial, Industrial and Retail Leasing Department and remains the Office Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper. Her leasing experience spans Retail Shopping Centres in Sydney, Illawarra and Southern Highlands regions. Doreen is also appointed as a Justice of the Peace in and for the State of NSW. Doreen’s warm personality is reflected in her great relationships with clients, many of which she has dealt with for a number of years ensuring all clients matters are handled with precision and efficiency. Doreen is fluent in Assyrian.

Lisa has been a part of the D’Agostino Solicitors team since 2019. Since joining the team, she has become an integral member of our Property Law division and Estate Administration division. Lisa possesses a meticulous attention to detail enabling her to provide exceptional service to our clients and an invaluable support to not only the solicitors she works under but to the team generally. Lisa’s specialty is assisting our Property Head, Ms Jessica Ferreri, with our developer clients in their acquisitions of larger englobo parcels of land and once subdivided, the many on-sales. Lisa is our master multi-tasker and is a true asset to the team. Her friendly personality, precision and proficiency in her work never goes unnoticed by the firm or our valued clients.

Joining the D’Agostino Solicitors’ Property Team in 2016, Suzie brings over 18 years of experience to the firm. Focussing now in Property law, Suzie is a committed and experienced member of the D’Agostino Solicitors team working closely with Our head of Property, Jessica Ferreri and other members of the Conveyancing Team. Suzie’s role focuses primarily on Post-Exchange Property Transactions through to post-completion certification, over all property classes including residential, Industrial or Commercial properties and including the coordination of Large multi lot or unit off-the-plan transactions. Suzie’s, bright and positive attitude, offers our clients a unique combination of experience and comfort ensuring a pleasant, stress-free and seamless Property experience. Often with most Property Transactions timeliness and deadlines are critical. Suzie understands the importance of this and takes on the responsibility of ensuring that all clients are kept well informed of critical deadlines and transaction milestones.

Maya joined our team in September 2023 as a Legal Secretary specialising in conveyancing within the Property Law division of the firm. She is responsible for the delivery of pre-/post- completion deliverables. She is a friendly member of our team ensuring that our clients’ matters receive a high level of service and attention. Maya has worked on matters of purchasing and selling residential properties including units, houses and vacant land. She speaks fluent Serbian.

Monica Lemos joined our team in May 2002 as a Receptionist and Legal Secretary in the Property Law division of the firm. She is responsible for the delivery of all pre-/post- completion deliverables ensuring our clients’ matters are handled with precision and efficiency. She also attends to the office requirements and assisting staff with any work they require assistance with. Monica is a friendly, empathetic team member that ensures our clients are met with warmth and positivity when dealing with the firm.
