Since August 2025, Anthony Romeo has stepped into the role of Principal at D’Agostino Solicitors, leading the firm with a vision defined by excellence and a steadfast commitment to client success. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2009, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Laws, a combination that provides him with a sophisticated commercial perspective across all legal disciplines.
Anthony’s drive, technical expertise, and affable nature have established him as a solicitor in high demand. Mohammed Khan
Mohammed joined the firm in January 2026 as General Manager, bringing a powerful combination of legal acumen and strategic business leadership to our practice. With a career in the legal services industry spanning since 2011, he serves as a vital bridge between high-level legal excellence and operational precision.
Working in close strategic partnership with our Principal, Anthony Romeo, Mohammed oversees the firm’s Finance, Human Resources, and Business Operations. As a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, Mohammed possesses a rare "dual-perspective." Joseph D’Agostino
Joseph is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia, admitted to practice in 1994. As a consultant to D’Agostino Solicitors Pty Ltd, Joseph brings with him extensive experience in Property Law and Commercial Litigation. Over the years, Joseph has advised on countless property acquisitions, sales, subdivisions, developments, industrial, commercial and retail leasing.
His true passion is Property.
Many of his key clients have been with him since the inception of the firm and continue to be loyal clients of the firm today as a result of his commitment to exceptional service and comprehensive property law knowledge.

Jessica Ferreri
Jessica is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, admitted to practice in 2016. Holding a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), she combines high-level legal expertise with a sharp commercial perspective to deliver exceptional results across the firm’s property and estates practices.
Having gained extensive experience across the property sector, Jessica has built a successful practice grounded in sophisticated technical advice. Her expertise ranges from residential transfers to large-scale commercial transactions, including complex subdivisions, covenant and easement negotiations, deeds of partition, Joint Venture (JV) agreements, and commercial and retail leasing. In addition to her property work, Jessica provides expert guidance in wills, probate, and estate matters. Steven Stojanovic
Steven is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, admitted to practice in 1980. Holding a BA.LLB from Macquarie University, Steven was a partner in a legal practice in Fairfield from 1984 to 1996, after which he opened his own practice as a sole practitioner in Liverpool.
In September 2023, following the transfer of his practice to D’Agostino Solicitors, Steven joined the firm as a Consultant. Steven has 40 years’ experience in acting for and advising clients in property law, buying and selling, family law, commercial litigation, leasing and estates. He has conducted cases in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
Steven is of Serbian background and has assisted many members of his community in their legal matters. Steven brings his 40 years of experience to provide clients with the highest quality of legal advice.

Tara D’Alfonso
Tara is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, specialising in commercial litigation, family law, and complex business transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and, since joining the firm in 2019 and her subsequent admission in 2023, has become an integral practitioner known for her technical precision and strategic acumen.
Her practice is focused on commercial litigation and family law, where she advises and represents clients across a broad range of disputes. Tara is experienced in managing matters from early-stage negotiation and mediation through to complex, contested proceedings. Ben was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in June 2024, bringing to the firm a formidable foundation in both Property Law and Wills & Estates built over years of prior industry experience. Now a valued member of the D'Agostino Solicitors team, he continues to specialise in complex property matters while providing tailored guidance in estate planning and administration.

Domenico is a dedicated Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, admitted to practice in 2024. Doreen is a cornerstone of the D’Agostino Solicitors Property Team, having dedicated over 20 years to mastering the complexities of the New South Wales leasing landscape. Since joining the firm in 2001, Doreen has become the lead paralegal responsible for our Commercial, Industrial, and Retail Leasing Department, where her institutional knowledge is an invaluable asset to both the firm and our long-term clients.
Specialising in the end-to-end management of leasing portfolios Doreen’s expertise spans Retail Shopping Centres in Sydney, Illawarra and Southern Highlands regions. She is known for her disciplined, methodical approach, ensuring that every lease is not only legally sound but commercially practical for landlords and tenants alike.
With a tenure spanning more than two decades, Doreen offers a level of continuity and historical insight that is rare in today’s legal market. Doreen is fluent in Assyrian and is a registered Justice of the Peace in NSW.

Chloe joined D’Agostino Solicitors in August 2024, marking the commencement of her career in the legal industry. Currently a Law Student completing her Bachelor of Laws at Macquarie University, she is an emerging legal professional in her final year of study and looks forward to her formal admission as a solicitor in 2027.
